How does it work

Book a condo

Use the Contact Us or Book Now links to enquire or book a property with us. We will send you a quote once availability is confirmed. You will normally pay 20% of the rent on booking. The balance, including a refundable security deposit, is due 20 days prior to your arrival. Then, we will ask for a copy of your ID and a Lease Agreement will be signed.

Collect keys

On your arrival, our Property Manager will meet you at the reception of the condo. The Property Manager will conduct the move-in process and keys to the property will be handed over to you. The move-in process includes inventory, familiarization of the building and unit, and showing the fire escape route. Electric and water meters will be read and recorded.

Enjoy your stay

Your are on your own. We will leave you in peace unless you want us back for support on property issues, cleaning or laundry assistance. The Property Manager assigned to you is the point of contact during your stay. We will also provide you an escalation contact to ensure we are at hand to help on property related issues.

Return keys

The Property Manager returns back on your move-out day. Move-out process will be conducted and keys returned back to us. The move-out process includes inventory and final electric and water meter readings. The refundable security deposit is then returned to you in the same way it was paid within 14 days after your move-out. We deduct the actual utility bills (electric and water) on the refundable security deposit.
